Concept, design and development

Based on a well-received article that I published, Metickulous provides a series of timely checklists that web designers can use to track certain tasks on their projects. A free service, Metickulous lets users choose which checklists a project uses and displays how far along projects are (or aren’t).
I designed and built the core service from scratch, using Wordpress to handle user management, static pages and the blog. I pushed the design through several iterations before settling on the red-stripe look. The checklists themselves I compiled from research, feedback to the article and my own site-building experience.

The home page welcomes visitors and explains how the site works.

A typical checklist page lets users record who completed tasks and take notes, if necessary, for future reference.
